The college is organising another lecture tour of the British Museum on Saturday 24th March 2007 (11.15 am - 4 pm). As with the last two visits, the trip will be led by college lecturer Julian Spriggs, whose knowledge of the artefacts and their relevance to biblical history and background always ensures that trips are an excellent learning experience for all who take part. The British Museum houses many valuable artefacts of direct relevance to the Bible student, and it is well worth touring with someone who can discuss these issues in depth and relate them directly to the Bible.
The cost is £10 (excluding your own travel costs to London). We only have fifteen places available, which are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. To reserve your place simply email the college to confirm your interest. Your place is automatically confirmed once you do so (we will e-mail you back either to confirm your place). The trip is open to non-students as well as students. Further details about the Museum trips and how to begin making your own preparations can be found on the student pages (see Knowledgebase).
Don't miss this exciting trip, and for those of you currently enrolled on Module 102 don't forget that you can, if you like, use the trip as a basis for a journal-type assignment instead of submitting the essay. |
