I purchased an instant download item. How do I access/download it?
Open your e-mail programme and select the e-mail automatically generated and sent by our system confirming your purchase. Scroll to the bottom of the message and click the download link. This will redirect you to the download area. page (you may be asked to enter your username and password again). Click on the item you purchased to download it. You will be given an option either to `Save' or `Run'. Select `Save' and select your desktop as the destination. The item will then be downloaded and saved to your desktop. I have bought a single recording and want to make an audio CD of my download. Can I do this?
Yes. If you purchased an audio file for download, our copyright rules permit you to keep two copies, one on your computer, the other on an audio CD. To make an audio CD, place a blank disk in your CD drive. Then find the file you want to copy to CD (it will probably be on your Desktop). Right click the item and select "Send to n" (where n is your CD-Rom drive). A little balloon should pop up at the bottom of your screen. Click it and select "Write these files to CD". When the CD writing wizard appears, click `Next' then select "Make an audio CD'. (NB These instructions apply for Windows 2000 and XP users with Windows Media Player).
I have bought a module or a collection of adio files. Can I transfer these to CD, and how can I do this?
Yes. If you purchased a module or collection of audio files for download, our copyright rules permit you to keep two copies, one on your computer, the other on a CD. To do this, follow the instructions detailed above. If you have multiple recordings and want to make an audio CD for each, you will need to right-click on each individual sound file and then send it to the CD for burning. Once the CD has been burned and ejected by your CD unit, repeat the process until all the recordings are on audio CDs. Is there a limit to the number of times I can download an item?
For security reasons, you are limited to three downloads for each item. If for some reason you made an error and need to download the item again, e-mail us and we will authorise a further download.
Must I download my purchase within a certain period of time?
Yes. For security reasons your download link will only be active for one week from purchase. If you require further time, e-mail us with details. Once downloaded, your purchase will not expire and the file can be accessed indefinitely.
