Financial Assistance and Scholarships PDF Print E-mail

Full-time and part-time UK and EU students may be eligible for financial assistance towards Higher Education costs from the UK government. There are also opportunities to finance Higher Education studies through government-approved student loan programmes. Details of the various finance options are available at www.direct.gov.uk/studentfinance. Students outside the UK/EU should approach their own student finance body to explore available options in their country. Please note King's Evangelical Divinity School has no involvement in the decisions made by independent bodies.

King's also offers small bursaries in exceptional financial circumstances, when funds permit (see below). Bursaries are made available through donations received by the school and King's is very grateful for any gifts received towards student scholarships. The school will also set up a formal, named scholarship for gifts of 500 GBP or more. If you are interested in establishing a named scholarship, please contact the officeto discuss the scholarship name and proposed beneficiaries.

To apply for financial assistance towards tuition fees, please complete and return the relevant form (see below). Assistance with fees is granted on the basis that it meets a genuine need and that applicants are committed to their studies and calling. Please note financial assistance does not cover the full cost of tuition fees and regardless of scholarship awards, all beneficiaries will be required to contribute towards the cost of their education.
